Engage and Retain Train-the-Trainer

The Engage and Retain Train-the-Trainer workshop is an opportunity for in-house trainers and professionals to get certified to deliver the same “engage and retain” manager capability-building workshops that have been driving talent results - in leading organizations, across the globe, for over a decade.

Participants of the three-day intensive will be certified by Center for Talent Retention as an Engagement and Retention Specialist. It will also give you access to the online ERS Take Action Solutions portal where you can download the latest tools and solutions to use at your organization, keep you up to date with the latest information and share success stories.
